Modification
Allowance
This term accounts for the homeowner’s decision to have a light fixture moved or adjusted. Our modification allowance allows for 1 visit per quarter; does not include hard mounted fixtures that are attached to a residential structure or placed in a fixed position such as a driveway or pool deck. It does, however, allow for a non-stationary light to be relocated within 10′. Does not include fixture exchanges or reductions.
Warranty
Our warranty does not cover the following: Acts of God, Vandalism, Neglect, third-party tampering by another contractor or homeowner, distress to fixture or wire by animals.
